Here is a photo I took looking out my window this afternoon. I quite like my room's 'vintage' net curtains and dark furniture. It was a bit weird at first, but now I'm telling myself it looks a bit edgy... haha(!) You can't tell from the photo, but it's been snowing non-stop all day. But not really very thick and heavy snow so I'm not sure if much has actually settled throughout the day...
Then this evening because I haven't had any soup in which I've been crash dieting on since about November, I actually went back to cooking with some random ingredients I have lying around in my cupboards... I made some beautiful meatballs in a red wine, italian tomatoes, onion and chilli sauce with rice. I was actually quite impressed with myself. Although, it's not lasting. Nowhere near the dream goal weight yet, so back to the soup as soon as I can brave walking down the hill to the supermarket haha.
Also in my boredom today I finally joined this massive Pinterest hype. It's actually really fun. There's absolutely no point in it at all, seeing as I don't really have a wedding to "inspiration board" plan over or have a house to "inspiration board" decorate. But I guess its like a substitute for the hours I waste looking at people's Tumblrs. And I've found some nice images and a nicely designed app for my kindle. I'm gonna' build it up and maybe throw in a few of my daily 'pinned' images onto my posts every day.
