last week was a really busy weekend, friday night we hit gatecrasher for pat's birthday.
well, gatecrasher toilets, burger than home due to excessive alcohol ;) goshhhh
then saturday i had lunch at this really nice cafe near by and it's so inspiring for its decor and style of the place. loved it.
sunday i met some lovely people going along to my first church service in roughly like 4 or 5 years. it felt good to be back and i'm gonna' go again soon hopefully, i really shouldn't be turning my back on my faith after so long.
then this week, i've had some busy days at uni and a good tiger tiger night out.
haha, theres always time in the week for tigertiger ;) we met some really nice newcastle ladies and discussed life in the toilets, had some free drinks, had a dance, then had a maccydees! fab :)
then wednesday nights are turning into a bit of cinema nights lately. last night we went to see "the lovely bones." it was really good, Saoirse Ronan played the girl really well although i loved "Atonement" so i guess i'm a bit biased. the man who plays the murderer plays such a creep really well too. i can't say i didn't cry though. it seems i cry at most films i watch at the moment. but no it was a good story.
the other week i bought myself a moleskine sketchbook
which i've been treating as like a design personal diary. i write and cut out some of the inspiring things in my day to day life and throw it all in there.
one day i'll probably look back and think how different things are.. but at the moment they're all the things i love in life.
at the moment its mostly films and quotes that i find most inspiring.
i'm starting to think about the route i'm going to take with this design degree. maybe film, would be an interesting route to go down.
this weekend i've got a trip to sheffield planned :)
going to see bowler, and to be honest i'm well excited. i love a catch up and a night out hehee!
i'll try and write back here sooner. i'll probably to try and write something more interesting too. haa
