hallaaaw, i'm feeling a lot better, fresher's flu last nowhere near as long as last year! wooooo!

lectures have started back and i'm having such a laugh with the graphics lot.

might have accidentally stated, "it's embarassing that i'm doing this course" right in front of a whole load of my lecturers after spending like 2 hours doing a mac tutorial yesterday and being the last ones outta' there, but oh well.

i've got my main project today too, gotta' rebrand pasta. oh lovely. that'll be easy.

but i'm ready for the challenge, bring it on.

and had a ratherrrr fun night out to mezz last night. although had a right yelling match with chlo over a ridiculously stupid issue, coming home a bit too early due to drunken levels...again, and then getting covered in barbeque sauce in macdonalds. standard.

gosh its been a week since my last post!

this week has been freshers week, aaaaand i fully hit it. freshers can sod off, we know how to properly do it haha.

oh my gosh, its been such a drunken week. we've had some hilarious nights out and ive got horrifically drunk in the pub. i love being back with new housemates, my old 103 girls and hilarious coursemates. :)

i loveee being back in tiger too, ive so missed our tiger nights out.

pre-drinks have been fun and theres been more hilarious antics when we've got home from nights out. i cant wait for more good times this year, it's gonna' be such a good year.

i'm having a night in tonight though haha, i need to chill out or my liver will actually disintergrate. im reallyyyy excited for xfactor too!

ive been back in the pool too, which is so good, i hate my appearance at the moment so i'm gonna join the gym properly and sort my life out. i desperately need a new wardrobe too.

theres been a bit of the return of "mardy drunk becca" too.

i need to sort that out, i'm a bit fed up of it. this years about having a laugh with my amazing friends, so theres just no need to feel like that. i'm such a dickhead for not listening to the advice of people around me, but it's hard and gutting. i need to stop being a push-over.

aaanyway positive. this week has been aaaamazing. i've fallen back in love with leeds.

hiiii, just a quick blog post whilst sitting on my bed in 62, leeeeeeds :)

i'm already loving it here, i cannot even tell you how good it is just to be back in this city, i love it.

it's so much fun to be back amongst friends, and new absolutely lovely housemates.

we're gonna' have such a laugh this year i can tell, we've already had some top pub nights and a little oceana club night to warm us up for fresshaaas!

i'm so excited for this year. bring it on, it's already top dollaaaar :)

eurgh i forgot how stressful it is getting all my stuff together, i have a pile the size of a lorry at the moment, no way is it all gonna' fit into our car.

anyway, i've got a bottle of vodka, a few going out clothes and maybe a pen and paper. that should be next year covered fine ;) ...if it's anything like last year, hahaaa!

i'm not gonna' have internet for a couple of days whilst it gets sorted out, which is gonna' be a bit rubbish to not have my spotify and facebook fix. but hopefully it'll be sorted soon.

i'm gonna' go die my hair a hopefully "dark brown." it feels like i'm going full circle then, 'cos i started freshers last year with dark hair. although i was fat and disgusting back then, haaa!

last nights one was epic, i literally sat with such a stunned face during it for about 2omins, but then nobody died. naaaa, theres meant to be at least one casualty in a flippin' huge disaster.

and this HUGEEEE departure of peggy mitchell tonight i thought was gonna' be her spectacularly leaving by dying, someone killing her perhaps? but no.

she walked off carrying just a handbag and having a little sob.

jersey shore's new episode was amazing though. they can do drama well better.

tuesday night was a last summer epic night out in leicester.

i had such a laugh with some of my leicester stunners, i'm gonna' well miss you guys :(

looking back i had a ridiculous amount of cocktail.

but had such a laugh, went to some new places and obvs some old faves! (firebug, slug and lettuce, failed attempt at fat cat cafe and then walkabout and mosh)

...just had a flashback to being like the only girls in walkabout, but still getting right up on that little stage dancefloor at the back!

probs should have waited til mosh to whip out the dance moves!

i bumped into so many college people in mosh, it's nice to see some old faces :)

i still can't believe i was stupid and got cash out for some cheesy chips, and paid a ridiculous amount for a mardy taxi driver

but it was well good night and had a well not good hangover the next day.

then yesterday had a lovely day out with dan on a right little roadtrip to nottingham

had drinks and lunch in the notterz fat cat cafe, then drinks in the notterz spoons then visited rach and her mates to cook a steak :)

betty well didn't start on the way back, but kathy saved the day...as always, the bitch.

anyway, i've got such a bad habit of sitting reading blogs then blogging in bed 'til the early afternoon. i need to sort my life out big timeee, so much i need to pack and sort out for the big move back on sunday.

i can't even tell you how much i'm looking forward to going back to leeds!

today i've gone back like ten years and put in a centre parting as seen in the mags

loving it, it feels odd, but i'm well feeling this trend.

and went out shopping for a rug for my new uni-room with mum this afternoon and came back with a lovely rug but an even lovelier autumnal maxi dress.

i'm so A/W 2010. pahaaa.

but seriously, i'm loving the trends this season.

now i just need, nude/camel clothing. a military jacket. a shift dress. green velvet. and an aviator coat.

hi, i watched "this is england" the film, on tv for the first time last night.

i've been meaning to watch it for aaages. it was so good, i loved it!

i normally hate the whole cheesy eighties thing, but i loved the style and fashion of like the under-dog working class skin-heads.

get me some tie-die jeans as seen on jack o'connell please! or some doc marts.

i loved their accents too, and the like really natural dialogue. (thats not what you call it...screenplay maybe?)

i'm fully excited for this is england '86 now, but i'll have to catch it online 'cos i'll be out on the town with kat j and the girls tonight to celebrate her twentieth with a good few drinks! happy birthday mate (: Bx

i've just spent a saturday evening on my own watching a horribly depressing but lovely film, with a cup of hot chocolate. (:

"remember me" is such a sad, emotional film and it took quite a bit of thinking to work out what it was all about. i can't be bothered watching something without working out the message behind it, and this one had quite a few. but i think it's mainly the whole point that individual tragedies can destroy people and yet bring people together. and it's about sharing moments and life going on past difficult stuff breaking people apart. woah soz bit deep for my cringe blog! ;)

anyway the love story in it is amazing, not gonna' lie though i still don't see any attraction in "r pattz." to be honest i was more attracted to the stunning set designs of a new york city, student apartment. i would loveeeee to live life like that! didn't win the lottery tonight though...again.

i'd quite like to do stuff involved in film's with my graphic design, i think. there is quite a lot of design in a film. i'm not sure if that's possible with the qualification i'm involved in, but who knows...i'm not ready to turn my back on magazine and editorial design anytime soon.

i've just read this back and it's well too serious for a saturday night post. i should be out getting drunk on a dancefloor, or at least chilling out with friends. oh, dear! haha!

just starting the big, back-to-uni pack up today, trying to be pure organised and allow plenty of time this week to have a chill out and have some good last chance summer leicester times.

sorting through some of my stuff is making me so, so, so excited to get back up there.

i found a pack of water balloons mixed in with my patterns and culture revision notes.

that statement right there pretty much sums up the whole year. hahaaa

although looking through my notes, i did do quite a lot of work. def' gonna' have to work a little bit harder and concentrate more this year though!!

i just ordered 72 photos of recent good memories to put up on my walls, i really need a camera now though to make sure i can keep track of memories next year. oh and i found the ones that were up in 103F. i already miss that room, boooooo! but i'm so excited to be living in 62 this year (:

these past few days i have been working all day, then pub'ing it all night! wooo haha!

i very nearly passed out on wednesday, on my first full working day in about like a year haha!

...clearly couldn't handle it! it was actually terrifying, i've never felt like that or fainted in my entire life, and there was no logical explanation for it at all, i just completely flipped and got so hot and shakey and started blacking out. it's ridiculous when your working alongside people who are fasting and haven't eaten or drank anything all day, and i stroll in after breakfast and collapse. so scary, but o well, let's hope it doesn't happen again.

but anyway completely drank the fear away with a cheeky gang gathering at the stanny in the evening. i still cant believe it was our last time all together of the summer, 'cos we had to say goodbye to bowler and graceee ): good luck girlsssss with hitting uni, i'll be visiting soon! so jealous there both going on holidays too. i can't wait for our girls holiday we've been discussing for next summer. bring it on!

it's so nice when we're all together, i'm gonna' miss it when i'm back at uni, we have such a laugh and have had some amazing times this summer.

aanyway, hit work again for a full day on thursday. didn't feel faint at all, so it's clearly not the thought of a full day of work thats kicking it off! hahaa

then took a complete u-turn decision in the evening and decided to scrappp the pre-uni save up and hit town for a few pubs and bev's with the gothys! (: ...and met fat! (not halfway.)

firebug, time bar and then the loaded dog. i love finding new places that i've never been to. time bar was so nice, def' gonna' go there again. bit of a trek to get over there tho! had to get a taxi back to the bus station haha... well didn't have to but it meant we had a bit more time with our pints before we hit the road!

leicester has so many places we still haven't been to. i always say leics a bit of a let down for nightlife, but actually i think i just need to explore it a bit.

but yeah we had some right laughs and came out with a few more hilarious quotes, love it!

woke up at 1pm today, thats disgustingly lazy but whatever!

first thing i did after eating was watch jersey shore.

LOVE IT. already cannot wait for the next one. jwoww is hilarious, she's like my wierd idol but i don't really aspire to be like her, haha!
